Fresh EC pulled by you through registration.ap.gov.in, mother deed and link documents for a reasonable stretch back, the sanctioned building plan for the shed if it's constructed, and property tax receipts showing nothing's pending.
add seller ID verification to that too, and if there's any GPA anywhere in the chain of title, trace what happened after it since a GPA alone doesn't transfer ownership
also check if the shed's construction matches the sanctioned plan, additions done without approval are common and it becomes your problem after you buy it
took us close to a month to get through this checklist properly but saved us from a couple of surprises we'd have otherwise missed
