Balanagar industrial plot on offer — is that whole stretch even still industrial or has it gone mixed-use quietly

Old industrial sheds around Balanagar, some running, some clearly shut and repurposed as godowns or small offices. Considering a plot there but the mix on the ground has me unsure whether it's still classified purely industrial or whether the area's drifting toward something else that could complicate reselling later.

Balanagar's a mixed bag now, no argument there — some units running full shift, others sitting as pure storage or converted. Don't go by what neighbouring plots are doing, get the zoning classification for your specific survey number confirmed at the planning authority rather than assuming from the street.

also worth checking road width restrictions if you plan heavy vehicle movement in and out, some internal roads there are narrower than they look on the layout map.
