Sanity-checking Kokapet vs Narsingi for a long hold — what are people actually seeing?

Not asking anyone to predict prices, just want ground sense. For someone holding 5-7 years, how do people here weigh Kokapet vs Narsingi vs going a bit further out to Tukkuguda? More interested in what actually changed on the ground — roads, approvals, water — than a number.

Ground sense only: Kokapet is the finished story now, the Neopolis auctions pulled the whole micro-market up, so it's a premium hold rather than an entry. Narsingi is already tied to the Financial District spillover. If you want room to move, people are looking further along the ORR exits — but 'cheaper' out there usually means longer to see the infra actually arrive. Match the plot to how patient you really are.

Whichever corridor you pick, the appreciation story only holds if the title and approvals are clean. A cheap plot with a messy patta isn't actually cheap.

Water and the approach road decide resale more than the fancy address, in my experience.
