Is there ever real room to negotiate in Jubilee Hills, or is the asking basically final once a broker's in the mix?

Every quote I get in Jubilee Hills is presented like it's already the bottom line, take it or leave it. Curious if anyone's actually had luck negotiating here or if scarcity just means sellers can afford to wait you out indefinitely.

Depends a lot on how urgent the seller actually is. NRI owners selling from abroad tend to be more flexible in practice, simply because they don't want to manage a long drawn out process from a distance.

Makes sense, hadn't thought about the seller's own logistics being a factor.

One caution though, listings pitched as 'urgent sale' deserve extra title diligence, not less. Urgency on the seller's side is sometimes genuine and sometimes a reason someone's rushing you past questions you'd otherwise ask.
