The shed we're looking at sits on what was originally farmland, converted some years ago according to the seller. Want to independently confirm this rather than take his word before we go further.
Dharani doesn't exist anymore as of the new ROR Act in 2025, it's Bhu Bharati now, bhubharati.telangana.gov.in. Old records were migrated over so the history should still be traceable there under ROR-1B for that survey number.
We ran into an old Dharani printout once that still had the previous pattadar's name, Bhu Bharati had the updated one. Worth pulling a fresh copy rather than trusting whatever printout someone hands you.
Does the site show the conversion order too or only the base ROR record? Trying to figure out where the actual NALA proceedings copy would sit.
