How do people actually budget stamp duty for a Khammam commercial registration? Don't want to be short on the day

First time buying commercial space and everyone I ask gives me a different figure for what registration will cost on top of the sale price. Want to keep enough set aside so I'm not scrambling on registration day. How do people here actually work this out before going in?

Don't go by what anyone tells you from memory, stamp duty and registration charges get calculated on whichever is higher between your sale price and the guideline value, so check the current guideline value for that survey number on the IGRS portal first.
