Budgeting registration cost for an industrial shed purchase in Khammam — where do I even start

Trying to plan finances for an industrial shed purchase and keep getting vague answers on what registration will actually cost beyond the purchase price. Would rather have a clear process to follow than guess. What's the right way to nail this down before I commit?

Same rule applies here as any property type, it's calculated on whichever is higher of your agreed price or the guideline value for that land, check guideline value on IGRS first rather than assuming your sale price is what gets used.
