Registered a small land parcel near Khammam last month, the process wasn't what I expected

Bought a small parcel outside Khammam town mainly as a long-term hold and just finished registration. Expected it to be more complicated given all the stories online, but honestly the online booking through IGRS made most of it predictable. The only surprise was they wanted the pattadar passbook details cross-checked at the counter itself, not just uploaded beforehand.
