Guideline value for land near Khammam seems outdated on the portal, how do I budget stamp duty properly

Checked the guideline value for the survey number I'm interested in near Khammam and the figure looked like it hadn't been revised in a while compared to what similar recent registrations seem to be going for. Not sure if I'm reading the portal wrong or if this is normal. How do I budget properly when I'm not confident the number I'm seeing is current?

Don't rely on your own reading of the portal for something this important, confirm the exact applicable guideline value with the SRO directly before you finalize your budget, portal figures and what actually gets charged can differ by category of land.

This happened to a friend too, always better to get it confirmed same day you're planning to register, values do get revised periodically.
