How do I verify a commercial property's record before buying near Kurnool? (Meebhoomi)

Looking at a ground-floor shop in a mixed-use building near Kurnool. Seller has only shown me a photocopy of the sale deed so far. I keep hearing about Meebhoomi for checking land records but this is a built shop in a town area, not farmland — does that portal even apply here, or am I looking in the wrong place entirely.

Meebhoomi is mainly useful when the plot's history traces back to an agricultural survey number — you'd check adangal/1-B for that original survey number if it's ever relevant. For a shop that's already built and registered before, your bigger job is pulling EC on registration.ap.gov.in for the actual chain of registered sales, and getting a certified copy of the parent/mother document rather than relying on his photocopy.

Also check the municipal property tax record — name on that should match the seller too.
