Small standalone commercial buildings below the applicable size threshold can be exempt from RERA registration, so no number isn't automatically a red flag by itself. Still worth confirming directly — search the registered-projects list on rera.ap.gov.in by the promoter's name, and if it does show up, match the registration number, validity dates and uploaded plans against what's actually being sold to you. Keep in mind registration just makes the project's details public and enforceable, it's not a guarantee the completion date will be met.
