Never used Meebhoomi before. Want the basics of checking ownership and history for a piece of dry land near Kurnool before I hand over any advance.
Search by district, mandal, village and survey number, pull up the adangal/1-B, and check the pattadar name actually matches your seller. Also note any tenancy or dispute remarks recorded against the survey number, don't skip past those.
Pull the EC separately too, for that same survey number, on registration.ap.gov.in — Meebhoomi and EC show different things, one isn't a substitute for the other.
