Budgeting stamp duty + guideline value for a Kurnool land registration without guessing (IGRS AP)

Negotiating a per-acre price for a dry parcel near Kurnool. Want to avoid a surprise at the SRO by knowing the guideline value ahead of time. Not sure whether wet and dry land in the same village even carry different guideline classifications.

Dry and irrigated (wet) land are typically classified separately for guideline value purposes. Check the specific classification against your survey number on the IGRS AP portal before you agree on the final price, don't assume it's a flat village-wide figure.

Also factor whether it's road-facing or interior — guideline value can vary within the same village depending on that too.

I only got the exact figure confirmed at the SRO counter itself in my case, treated the portal as a rough guide beforehand.
