Checking a Kurnool land seller / development on rera.ap.gov.in — what to look for

An agent is selling plots carved out of agricultural land near Kurnool, calling them a converted layout. Does something like this need to be on RERA before I book a plot, or is that only for apartment builders?

If it's being sold as a plotted layout or venture above the applicable size threshold, it should show up under the promoter's name on rera.ap.gov.in — check the LP (layout permission) number alongside that, layout approval and RERA registration are two separate things you need to verify independently.

Also get the NALA conversion order shown to you directly for that survey number — don't just take "it's converted" on the agent's word.
