Commercial plot near Mahbubnagar was farmland years back - how do I trace that history now that Dharani's gone

Seller says the plot got converted from agricultural a while ago and there's a small commercial structure standing on it now. Broker keeps saying check on Dharani but I've read that portal isn't the one anymore. What do I actually pull up to confirm the land's past before we go further with this.

It's Bhu Bharati now, bhubharati.telangana.gov.in - replaced Dharani under the new ROR Act that came in 2025, and the old records were migrated across so the history should still be there. Look up the ROR-1B for the survey number, that'll give you the pattadar history from the agricultural side, and separately run an EC on registration.telangana.gov.in to catch anything registered after the conversion.

Same thing our advocate told us, people are still calling it Dharani out of habit though.

One caveat - the Bhu Bharati record only speaks to the land parcel itself, it won't confirm the conversion order is genuine or show the building plan sanction. Get the conversion proceedings copy separately from the seller.
