Developer is marketing a cluster of industrial plots, calls it a park, not fully developed yet. Not sure this kind of project even needs to be under RERA the way apartments are, but I want to verify properly rather than just take their word.
Whether it needs registration depends on the specifics of that project, but regardless of what they claim, search the promoter name on rera.telangana.gov.in and see if anything actually comes up in the registered projects list. If it does, check the reg number, validity, and whether the uploaded layout matches what's marked on ground.
Nothing's showing up under the promoter name so far. Asked them directly why and getting vague answers.
That vagueness would worry me more than the absence itself. Push for a straight answer or walk, plenty of other land around Mahbubnagar to look at.
