Buying a shed on the outskirts that's been used as a small machine workshop, industrial use technically. Want to know if the sub-registrar treats this differently on the day or if it's the same drill as any other registration.
The actual desk process is the same - biometric, deed reading, EC verification before it's released. Difference is mostly in what you bring beforehand, industrial sheds usually have a separate approval trail for the structure and the land use classification, keep both ready along with the sale deed chain.
We went through something similar, the extra thing they wanted from us was proof the classification actually permits a shed and it isn't sitting on plain agricultural record.
