Seller mentioned the parcel got converted a few years back, before that it was under regular agricultural record. Rather than take that at face value I want to independently trace it, especially since the portal for all this apparently changed recently.
Dharani's gone, it's Bhu Bharati now under the 2025 ROR Act, bhubharati.telangana.gov.in, and the old Dharani entries were migrated over so the history should still be pullable. Ask for the ROR-1B on that survey number, then run an EC search separately for anything registered after the conversion date.
Does the site show the actual conversion proceedings order, or just the updated land record?
Just the land record side. The conversion proceedings itself you'd have to get a certified copy of separately, the portal doesn't host that document.
