Bring extra passport photos and ID copies beyond what you think you need, they almost always ask for one more copy of something.
Also double-check the document has the correct survey number and boundaries matching Bhu Bharati before you print the final copy, corrections on the spot are a hassle.
Agree with all this, mine took about an hour once my token came up, paperwork was already clean going in.
