Seller says their Nalgonda commercial project is RERA registered, how do I verify that myself

A developer selling commercial units near Nalgonda keeps mentioning a RERA number but I haven't independently checked it. Would rather verify this myself than take their marketing material at face value. What exactly should match up when I look it up?

Search the number directly on rera.telangana.gov.in in the registered projects list, check the promoter name matches word for word and the registration is still valid, not expired.

Also compare the uploaded layout plans against what's actually being built on site, saw a case where the registered plan and what was under construction didn't fully match.

Registered doesn't mean insured against delay either, it just makes the promise enforceable and public, keep that in mind even after you verify it.
