Registering an industrial unit at Nalgonda SRO — what should I prepare for on the day

First time going through registration for an industrial shed near Nalgonda next week. Have my documents ready but not sure what the actual day involves beyond signing and paying. Anyone been through this recently who can share what to expect?

Slot booking online helps a lot with the wait, but still budget half a day just in case, biometric and verification take time even when everything's in order.

Bring the industrial conversion paperwork too if the land was agricultural before, they sometimes ask to see it even though it's not always strictly required at registration itself.
