Same rule applies regardless of property type, it's calculated on the higher of your sale price or the guideline value, check guideline value on IGRS Telangana first and confirm the final figure with the SRO closer to your date.

Keep a bit extra beyond whatever figure you calculate too, small incidental costs at the SRO add up and it's better to have slack than run short on the day.
