A developer marketing an industrial park near Nalgonda claims RERA registration but I want to check this independently before considering a plot there. Never done this kind of verification before for an industrial project specifically. Where do I start?
Same process as any project, search rera.telangana.gov.in registered projects list, match promoter name and registration number exactly, don't trust a number given verbally or on a brochure.
Check the validity date too, some registrations lapse and get renewed under slightly different details, make sure what you're looking at is current.
Also compare the declared completion date against how far along construction actually looks on your site visit, registration existing doesn't mean they're on schedule.
One more thing, ask if the specific plot you want is even part of what's registered, sometimes only part of a bigger project gets registered in phases.
