Registered a land parcel near Nalgonda recently — a few things caught me off guard at the SRO

Just finished registering a land parcel outside Nalgonda town and wanted to note down what surprised me for anyone doing this soon. Overall smoother than I expected but there were a couple of small hiccups around passbook details not matching exactly what was in the draft document. Worth sharing before someone else runs into the same thing.

What kind of mismatch was it, spelling of name or something more serious like survey number?

Just a minor spelling difference in the father's name field, luckily they let us correct it there and then, but it did add extra time waiting for approval.

Good reminder to actually cross check every field against the pattadar passbook before printing final documents, not just skim it.

Had something similar happen with a land registration near Nalgonda, always carry an extra ID proof just in case they want something to resolve a discrepancy on the spot.
