Looking at a commercial complex under construction on the outskirts of Nellore, brochure has a RERA number printed on it but I have no idea how to verify that's real versus just a number someone typed in.
Go to rera.ap.gov.in and search by the promoter name or project name directly rather than trusting a printed number alone, confirm the registration status actually says registered, check the validity/completion date and match the uploaded documents against what's in the brochure.
also cross-check the survey numbers listed on the RERA entry against the ones in your sale agreement, seen brochures where the numbers don't fully line up.
searched by promoter name, found the entry, numbers seem to match. Feeling better about it.
