Land near Nellore being sold as industrial-use but Meebhoomi record still shows agricultural — same story again?

Second time I've run into this pattern near Nellore now, plot marketed as industrial/warehouse suitable, but pulling adangal on Meebhoomi still shows the older agricultural classification. Wondering if this is just how it typically looks in this belt given how fast things have been developing, or something to be more cautious about each time.

ask specifically for the conversion order every single time, don't assume it's just a lag because you've seen it before, each parcel's paperwork history is its own thing. If they can't produce a conversion document, treat it as still agricultural land regardless of what it's being marketed as.

agree, seen genuine lag cases and seen cases where conversion simply never happened and the seller hoped nobody would check, only the actual document tells you which one you're in.

asking for the conversion order upfront this time before going further, learned that from last time.
