if it's genuinely a standalone parcel with no project or promoter attached there's nothing to look up, RERA registration is for developers/promoters running real estate projects, not individual farmer-to-buyer sales. Worth just confirming clearly with the seller that it was never part of any layout scheme, sometimes land gets absorbed into one without the original family fully realizing.
good habit to ask regardless, costs nothing to confirm and rules out an edge case you're not expecting.
