Trying to plan a day around registering an agricultural parcel near Nellore, seller lives a bit far and wants to know roughly what to block off time-wise, more the sequence of events than an exact clock reading.

budget for a proper half day realistically, even with everything uploaded beforehand there's document verification, biometrics for both parties, and payment processing, and if the SRO is busy that day the queue itself adds time beyond the actual registration steps.
