It's Bhu Bharati now, replaced Dharani as part of the new ROR Act from 2025, old records were carried over so you should still be able to trace the survey number's ROR-1B history there for the pattadar name and the agricultural phase. Run that alongside an encumbrance search on registration.telangana.gov.in for anything registered post conversion.
We had to ask around a bit since a lot of people locally still say Dharani, portal name changed but muscle memory hasn't caught up.
Get the actual conversion order copy too, the ROR record alone won't confirm the land use change was formally completed.
