Budgeting stamp duty for an industrial registration in Ongole — where do I get the real number, not a broker estimate

Planning the budget for an industrial land purchase and every estimate I've gotten for stamp duty and registration is a different figure. I understand it depends on guideline value but nobody's told me exactly where to check that for an industrial classification specifically. Pointers?

Same principle as any other property type — the duty is charged on whichever is higher, consideration or guideline value, so the guideline value for that exact survey number and classification is what you need, not a general area rate. Check it on the IGRS AP portal, and confirm the industrial classification is actually reflected there for your plot, since some plots get flagged differently depending on when the land-use change was recorded. Then get the final figure confirmed at the SRO before you finalize your budget.

worth asking the SRO directly too if the portal figure and what someone quotes you don't match, don't just split the difference
