Buying a small industrial shed on the outskirts, my first time dealing with anything industrial rather than plain residential or land. Wondering if the sub-registrar process itself is any different for industrial property, or if it's the documents behind it that change rather than the actual registration day.
The registration day itself is the same process as any other property, token, scrutiny, biometric, signing. What's different is what you should have lined up before you get there — for industrial land you want the land-use classification confirmed, any conversion order if it was originally agricultural, and whatever clearance the shed needed for construction. The SRO clerk isn't going to check any of that for you, it's on you and your lawyer beforehand.
