It is fairly straightforward for a plain open plot, but don't skip the prep. Book your slot, carry IDs and passport photos for buyer, seller, and two witnesses, and have the stamp duty and fee already paid before you're called. At the counter it's document scrutiny, then biometric for everyone, then the registration itself. Whole thing usually finishes in one sitting if your paperwork's in order.
