Check the NALA conversion order for that survey number separately, and pull EC on registration.ap.gov.in for the actual registered transaction history — that's where you'll see if the sales along the way were all properly recorded.
Being riverside, also ask around locally about waterlogging in the monsoon. No portal is going to tell you that, it's local knowledge.
Is flood-prone classification recorded anywhere officially, or is it purely word of mouth?
Not aware of a dedicated official flood-zone portal for this, I'd just ask the municipal office directly.
Since it's a complex, check the building's OC as well, not just the land history.
