How do I verify a commercial property's record before buying near Rajahmundry? (Meebhoomi)

Looking at a shop in a commercial complex built on what used to be riverside farmland. Want to trace the conversion history before I put down any token amount, not just take the builder's word for it.

Meebhoomi helps you trace the original agricultural survey number's adangal/1-B. Check the NALA conversion order for that survey number separately, and pull EC on registration.ap.gov.in for the actual registered transaction history — that's where you'll see if the sales along the way were all properly recorded.

Being riverside, also ask around locally about waterlogging in the monsoon. No portal is going to tell you that, it's local knowledge.

Is flood-prone classification recorded anywhere officially, or is it purely word of mouth?

Not aware of a dedicated official flood-zone portal for this, I'd just ask the municipal office directly.

Since it's a complex, check the building's OC as well, not just the land history.
