How do I verify an industrial plot's record before buying near Rajahmundry? (Meebhoomi)

Plot near a small-scale industrial cluster outside Rajahmundry, was agricultural land before. Want to check the history properly before committing any token money.

Check adangal/1-B for the original survey number on Meebhoomi first, then look for the NALA conversion order that allowed non-agricultural use. Pull EC separately for the actual registered transaction history since Meebhoomi won't show you that part.
