The plot we're looking at had a small structure built on converted land, per the seller. Broker still says check Dharani, I've heard that's not current anymore. Need to know exactly where to verify this before we move ahead.
It's Bhu Bharati now, replaced Dharani under the 2025 ROR Act, old records migrated across. Pull the ROR-1B on the survey number for the agricultural-era history and run a separate EC on registration.telangana.gov.in for anything registered post-conversion.
Will do that this week. Does the portal show the conversion order itself or just the land record?
Just the land record. Get a certified copy of the actual conversion proceedings from the seller separately, the portal won't have that document.
