Ground plus one commercial building near the main road, still under construction, brochure has a registration number on it. Rather check this myself than sign anything based purely on what the sales office tells us.
rera.telangana.gov.in has the registered projects list, search by promoter name or the reg number printed on the brochure. Check it's actually listed as registered, not applied, check validity, and see if the uploaded plans and declared completion date match what they're saying in person.

Good, but a valid listing just makes their promise enforceable and public, doesn't mean they'll finish on time. Still visit the site periodically rather than only trust the portal.
Right, we've seen a listing once where the completion date shown had already passed and the building was still half done. Worth flagging directly with the RERA office if you spot that.
