Closing on a commercial space in Ramagundam - what documents should I insist on seeing first

This is a bigger purchase than the residential plot I registered a decade back, and I don't want to skip anything obvious just because I'm rusty on the process.

Mother deed and the full link document chain, current EC ordered ahead of time, latest tax receipts, and if there's a structure, the sanctioned plan and occupancy certificate. No OC on record means completion formalities are still pending somewhere, which matters at resale or if you ever want a loan against it.
