This particular parcel was under agricultural record until a conversion a few years ago, per the seller. Would rather independently confirm the land's history rather than take that at face value, especially since I know Dharani isn't the reference point anymore.
Correct, Dharani's gone, it's Bhu Bharati under the Telangana ROR Act from 2025, old records were migrated. Get the ROR-1B on that survey number for the older pattadar history and run an EC separately for anything registered after the conversion.

Not reliably, that's more an EC and title search matter than the ROR record. Treat this as one check among several, not the whole verification.
