Mother deed, full link document chain, fresh EC ordered well ahead, latest tax receipts, and whatever structure approval exists for the shed plus proof the land classification supports the use. If a GPA shows up anywhere in the chain, ask for the underlying registered sale deed behind it too, a GPA alone isn't the same as a registered conveyance.
