Developer building small industrial sheds for ancillary units near Ramagundam claims RERA registered - real or just talk

A local developer is marketing a cluster of sheds meant for small ancillary units around the industrial belt, calls the whole thing a park, construction still in early stages. Sales pitch keeps mentioning RERA but I want proof, not a verbal claim.

Whether it strictly needs registration depends on how the project's structured, but regardless, search the promoter name on rera.telangana.gov.in and see what actually shows in the registered projects list. If something comes up, check the reg number, validity, and whether the uploaded layout matches the ground reality.

Nothing under that promoter name so far. Getting deflecting answers when I ask why.

That's a red flag on its own, doesn't matter how good the pitch sounds otherwise. I'd hold off until there's a straight answer in writing.
