Mother deed and link documents as far back as traceable, fresh EC ordered ahead of time, the pattadar passbook or ROR-1B extract for the survey number, and latest tax receipts if it's converted land. If a GPA appears anywhere in the ownership chain, insist on the underlying registered sale deed too, a GPA by itself doesn't substitute for that.
There is a GPA mentioned in one earlier transfer. Will push for the actual deed behind it before we go further.
Also re-run the EC closer to your actual registration date, not just once at the start, in case something gets added in the meantime.
