A venture near Ramagundam is advertising RERA approved plots - how do I actually confirm before booking

Sales team has a registration number on their pamphlet and keeps calling the layout fully approved. Before paying any token I want to verify this properly, a relative once booked into something similar elsewhere that turned out shaky.

Search the promoter name and the number they've quoted on rera.telangana.gov.in in the registered projects list. Confirm it's actually registered and not applied, check the validity, and match the layout plan uploaded there against the plot numbers they're showing you on ground.

The reg number checks out but a couple of plot numbers on their handout don't line up with the portal layout. Asking them to clarify before anything further.

Get that mismatch explained in writing before you commit anything, that's exactly the kind of gap that turns into a headache later.

We ran into the same thing on a layout near here, turned out to be an approved revision that hadn't been updated on their printed material yet, but we waited for the portal to reflect it before paying anything.
