Older folks in the family still refer to Dharani for everything land related but I've read that's outdated now. Want to know exactly where to check the ROR and pattadar history for a plot before we take this further.
It's Bhu Bharati now, bhubharati.telangana.gov.in, brought in under the 2025 ROR Act which replaced Dharani, old records migrated across. You should be able to pull the ROR-1B and pattadar passbook details for the survey number directly there.
Good, checking this week. Appreciate the exact portal name, kept getting Dharani thrown at me by everyone.
Just remember it only covers the land record side, run an EC separately for the registered transaction history.
