Don't want to guess the registration cost for a plot near Ramagundam - where do I even start

Getting conflicting numbers from the two brokers we've spoken to. Would rather understand the actual process to arrive at a figure than plan our budget around someone's guess.

Pull the current guideline value for the survey number on the IGRS Telangana portal, registration.telangana.gov.in, since duty gets charged on the higher of that or your sale value. Confirm the exact rate at the SRO before you fix your budget rather than trusting either broker's figure.
