Developer says their industrial park project is RERA registered — how do I check that myself

Considering a unit in an industrial park development near Secunderabad, developer's sales team keeps mentioning RERA registration but hasn't actually shown me anything beyond a logo on the brochure. Want to verify this properly before going further.

A logo on a brochure means nothing, go look it up yourself on rera.telangana.gov.in. Search the registered projects list, match the promoter name exactly to who you're actually dealing with, check the registration number's validity, and compare the uploaded layout plans to what's actually on the ground. Registered and applied show up very differently there, don't let them blur the two.

also worth noting registration doesn't insure the completion date, it just makes the promise enforceable and public. Still check the declared date listed though, useful reference point.

did this for my own purchase last year, took maybe twenty minutes on the portal and saved a lot of back and forth with the sales office afterward.
