Shortlisted a plot near Secunderabad, seller's side has shown some documents but I want to independently verify the record myself before we go further rather than relying entirely on what's been handed over.
Check Bhu Bharati (bhubharati.telangana.gov.in) directly for ROR-1B and pattadar passbook details rather than trusting a printout the seller hands you, pull it fresh yourself. Separately get the EC through registration.telangana.gov.in — document number and year search if you have the details, otherwise district/mandal/village and survey number works. Remember a clean EC only reflects registered transactions, it's not a guarantee of clean title on its own.
