Verifying a commercial plot's land record before buying near Tirupati — Meebhoomi confusion

Looking at a corner commercial plot off the main road, seller has some old patta documents but nothing digital looking. Tried Meebhoomi but wasn't sure which section actually shows ownership history for something that was converted from agricultural to commercial use years back. Anyone walk through this recently for a similar plot?

Adangal and 1-B extract on Meebhoomi will show you the agricultural-era record, that's your starting point even for converted land, it establishes the chain before conversion. For the conversion itself you'd want the separate order/permission document from that time, Meebhoomi won't show that part.

also cross check with the local revenue office directly, sometimes the online record lags what's actually on file, learned that the hard way on a plot near my hometown.
