Registering an industrial shed near Tirupati — anything different from a normal property registration?

Picked up a small industrial shed close to the Sri City side of things, more storage than manufacturing honestly. Broker says registration is "exactly like any other property" but the plot has some conversion history I don't fully understand yet. What should I specifically watch for on registration day given it's industrial-classified land.

Procedurally the SRO visit is the same — documents, biometrics, fee payment — industrial classification mainly matters for what the land was originally sanctioned for, not the registration mechanics itself.

check whether the shed itself has proper approvals separate from the land registration, land title and building/shed sanction are two different things, people mix them up.
