Looking at a plotted industrial park development near Tirupati, developer mentions RERA registration in their brochure but I've only ever checked RERA for apartment projects before. Not sure what I'm even supposed to be looking for on the portal for something like this.
Search the promoter/project name on rera.ap.gov.in regardless of property type, RERA covers real estate projects broadly, not just apartments, check registration number, validity dates and whether it says "registered" and not just "applied".
also match the survey numbers on the RERA listing against what's actually on your sale documents, seen mismatches where the brochure plot numbers don't tie out cleanly.
