Meebhoomi record shows agricultural classification for a plot being sold as industrial near Tirupati — normal or red flag?

Seller is marketing the plot for industrial/warehouse use, price and everything discussed on that basis, but when I pulled up the record on Meebhoomi it still shows the old agricultural classification. Trying to figure out if this is just the record lagging behind an actual conversion, or if the conversion never really happened.

Ask for the actual conversion order/permission document, don't take the seller's word that it's "already converted", the land record should eventually reflect it but there can be a gap.

seen this exact situation, in our case the conversion paperwork existed but hadn't been updated into the digital record yet, took a visit to the mandal office to sort out.

if there's no conversion document at all and they're just calling it industrial informally, walk away, that's a different problem than a lagging database.

going to ask for the conversion order directly before going further, appreciate the pointers.
